Differential current transformer type A, series DACT
- for detection of residual currents in 3- / 4-phase AC systems
- Current transformers
Differential current transformers type A of the series “DACT“ are designed to detect even smallest residual currents. Together with evaluation units they are used for monitoring and protection of electrical circuits.
There are four different sizes available for a wide range of conductor cross-sections, i.e. currents.
Performance characteristics:
- • Highly sensitive current sensor for detecting even smallest fault currents
- • Easy connection by the 4-pin WAGO® cage clamp
- • High security due to integrated overvoltage protection
- • Suitable for flexible applications because of a wide frequency range
- • Four different sizes
- • Operating temperature: -10°C < T < +70°C
- • Storage temperature: -25°C < T < +70°C
- • Therm. nominal continuous residual current Icth: see data sheet in downloads
- • Max. operating voltage: 800 V
- • Nominal surge voltage: 8 kV
- • Pollution degree: III
- • Protection class: Housing: IP 40; Terminals: IP 20
- • Frequency range: 30 Hz … 3 kHz
- • Applicable technical standards: IEC 60664-1 / IEC 60664-3
