Facing the corona pandemic, all of us are currently experiencing insecure and difficult times affecting our private lives as well as our everyday work. A situation like this requires, apart from careful and responsible acting, also solidarity, cohesion and a dose of optimism so that all of us will weather this crisis well.
In order to assume our social and economic responsibility, we have adopted various measures. These are on the one hand conductive to the protection of our staff’s health, on the other hand they are also to ensure our delivery capacity, hence the economic responsibility towards our customers.
Consequently – when operationally possible – our company departments have been divided into teams and separated spatially as well as temporally. In this way, we assure – even in case of illness and a possible quarantine of a part of our staff – being able to guarantee our availability and delivery capacity.
It is also important for us to provide you unlimitedly the usual individual service. Furthermore, we are available for you personally by phone and by email at the usual business hours.
Currently, the capacity to deliver on our part is not limited. The inventory of our stock is available in sufficient quantity. By means of a prescient and generous storage planning, we have sufficient raw material and components on stock. Our range of standard products is also available as usual. On behalf of our suppliers, there are no delivery limitations announced down to the present day.
The current situation and the unknown circumstances in the future not only require a high sense of proportion but also a continuous surveillance of the change and of the measures to be adopted according to it.
